The full Moor Bath course consists of 21 baths, daily or at least every other day. Although black in colour, Moor Hydrating Herbal Bath is scent free, and under normal use will not stain you, your bath or towels. Shake the bottle well before adding half a teacup full into a warm (not hot) bath. Mix thoroughly and a highly beneficial Moor bath is ready. A Moor bath should last 15 to 20 minutes. Do not rinse the body after the bath but keep warm and rest for at least one hour and the body will absorb the active substances, which have remained on the skin for up to 24 hours.

I have been using this product for my daughters eczema condition. It is very benefiacial. The results have been very positive. She says she always feels relaxed and moisturised after the baths.

It was with trepidation I first used it - it was black! No worries though, just a wonderful, relaxing experience. Skin felt wonderful.

Hi I'm Laura from Italy. I was absolutely not interested in this strange herbal bath! I would have never bought it, but my friend bought it as a gift! You can think I received it with very bad attitude! I thought it was a waste of money: just an expensive bath stuff.
I was making a very big mistake!<>br
The first time I used I felt like entering the Paradise! I would have never imagined! My body started to relax in a way I never had. My skin was so happy and all the everyday stress disappeared. Absolutely positive!

What have the Romans ever done for us? Aside from the wine education and, of course, the aqua duct, they introduced us to the beneficial effects of the moors. Those crazy guys ate, drank and rubbed stuff on themselves like nobodies business, and now we get to reap the rewards. Hydrating Herbal Bath is 100 percent natural and contains the goodness of extracts from hundreds of grasses, herbs, minerals and lipoids which are really good for the skin.
Give it a try!

A little mud the ultimate de-stress, detox move.
You can pay a fortune for detoxing mud wraps and baths at a spa, but you can get something close at home. Alternative health and wellbeing expert Jane Alexander, author of The Overload Solution, has been a mud bather for years. Infact it’s not actually mud but a mix of peaty moor water that looks murky but leaves you sparkly clean and no it doesn’t smell! “I swear by moor mud for a deep, deep relaxation and also for fending off colds the first time I soaked in it, I slept for 14 hours afterwards. It also makes skin really soft and you can slap it on your face as a mask as well. It’s brimming with millions of minerals and packs a serious health and beauty punch – ideal for anyone detoxing at the moment. Pour half a teacup into your bath, then relax and laze for a while – make sure you allow plenty of time to relax afterwards” Moor Hydrating Herbal Bath £5.95 for 200ml |
